This means that developers can enjoy the low valley price when calling APIs on September 20th and October 10th, which are overtime weekends and the Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays. Previously, the peak hours on weekdays were twice the price of the low valley hours, and weekends were charged at the low valley rate for the entire day.
